Mystical Ninja Goemon 5 [Nintendo Ultra 64 Beta Trailer]
www.unseen64.net http Ganbare Goemon 5: Neo Momoyama Bakufu no Odori! Nintendo Ultra 64 beta demo trailer Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (known as Ganbare Goemon: Neo Momoyama Bakufu no Odori! in Japan) continues the gameplay style found in Goemon 3: exploration-based action, very similar to Zelda (the first two Goemon games were basically sidescrollers at heart). As Goemon and his friends, explore ancient towns, haunted castles, and mysterious bamboo groves in polygonal 3D and solve puzzles to advance. The game never takes itself seriously — whether you’re talking to the ghost of a wise man in a Hamlet-inspired seance (complete with laugh track) or smashing tiny mechanical armies in your Goemon Impact robot. The gameplay offers mainly platform jumping and exploration, but there are of course plenty adventure elements and you can talk to everyone and everything. ign64.ign.com

Nintendo – Starfox U.S. Unveiling @ Winter CES 1993 – Las Vegas, NV
January 1993, Nintendo unveiled its first polygon shooter Starfox for the Super NES. This was the first game equipped with the SUPER FX chip which was a custom RISC processor programmed to act like a graphics accelerator chip to draw polygons to a frame buffer in the RAM sitting adjacent in the SNES hardware. Nintendo presented the game inside a giant 360 degree “Space Dome” complete with a laser light show and a few sit-down Starfox demo kiosks. It was truly a spectacular event you had to have been there in-person to experience this. In 2007, Dylan Cuthbert ( President of Q-Games ) sat down to talk about his role in developing games leading up to Starfox and his relationship with Nintendo. The Starfox laser footage can also be seen in the interview – check it out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wghaeiwkey&feature=channel_page
NOTHING is wrong with Nintendo 64 (Playstation vs. N64)
ADD me on FACEBOOK: www.facebook.com Follow me on TWITTER for exclusive updates: www.twitter.com As a kid, I couldn’t wait for Nintendo 64 to launch. I was quite the nerdy fanboy, if I do say so myself. I wrote PLAY IT LOUD with white-out on my backpack to support the SNES back in the early to mid 1990’s. Remember that being their slogan at the time? I sure do. I bet you remember: “Get N or Get Out” I’m sure you do. Anyway, as a Nintendo purist, I defended them no matter what… but it was difficult to do so when Nintendo 64 struggled to compete with the Sony Playstation. No matter what, I loved the system. Here, I talk about a defunct Next Generation Magazine issue, which I consider infamous, and how correct its forecast on the N64 was… and more importantly, how wrong it turned out to be. Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time N64 running in Eyefinity Surround mode triplehead 24″ monitor
I originally did this a year ago on a Matrox Triplehead setup now that I got a HD video camera I figure I make the video. This video was done with ATI 5870 Eyefinity at 5760×1200 resolution over 3x 24″ monitor This a Zelda Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo 64. I ran the ROM with Project64 v1.7 emulator. I almost poop my pants when I loaded the game up and it runs in H+ and support triplehead surround perfectly (at least the 3D part). After I that I tried a whole bunch of N64 games but sadly none of them work properly. As far as I know this is the only N64 game rom that runs in H+. Imagine that, the game came out 12 years ago (1997) and runs on 320×240 on a tube TV.

A Body Harvest Tribute (N64)
A music video I made in tribute to the amazing game Body Harvest for Nintendo 64. Features the song Crush’em by Megadeth. Anyone fortunate enough to have played this game will understand my love for it. For the uninitiated: it was essentially early post-apocalyptic GTA 3 with aliens. What made it great were the open roaming worlds and TONS of vehicles of every type. When it released it was state of the art, but became obscured by bigger titles such as Ocarina of Time so was severely …
