Get lots of coins by impaling your own characters constantly! Video has been trimmed since anyone can get the point after watching 5 seconds of it so what's the use of showing the entire 1-minute battle? I find that this method works best with the Ice Climbers because I believe Popo and Nana are considered 2 separate characters so it's like DOUBLE the coins!
