Looks like it has nothing to do with the first one. They could have just called it something new. Looks a lot better though.
love when wii owners use the excuse and say “wii has more sales” ok it has inferior in graphics, games, online play, features, hardware doesn’t even have a dvd drive which consoles of the previous generation had, inconsistent controls from 3rd party games. wii has sales because of the motion control gimnick and retards that think that they will get fit by buying wii fit, ,
most people buy a wii, play it for like a week and never touch again. why? because nintendo doesn’t give a shit about GAMING anymore, all it wants it’s profit, and how is it getting it, by releasing gimnick games like wii fit and wii music that can barely be categorized as games, the gamecube and n64 were amazing consoles, but the wii is half assed merchandise. don’t even get me started on the wii’s online because it’s just embarassing

@phoenix9909 funny i remember when people absolutely hated the gamecube because it looked like a purple launch box and it was considered kiddy compared to the xbox and ps2. Now its an amazing console? The Wii exists because nobody bought the gamecube it sold poorly compared to the xbox and 360.
@MGX the gamecube was inferior to the ps2 and xbox graphic wise, by far the ps2 was the best of the last generation and i much rather have a ps2 than a wii, but i have to say that the gamecube had better games than the original xbox, i didn’t know a single person that owned an original xbox, but tons of gamecube and ps2 owners, but whatever i don’t really care that much about last gen, the point is that nintendo has been pregressively getting worse over the years as far as quality is concerned

lol you are right for the most part, 99% the wii’s audience is dumb and thinks they will get excercise from the game console. i just find it hilarious that the other 2 consoles are getting their asses handed to them by a “childs toy” as many people refer to it. I myself enjoy the wii mostly due to the virtual console because i love old school gaming, on my xbox 360 i buy every classic game i find like the banjo games, and castlevania sotn.
@triforceslash98 exactly, old nintendo games were great, because nintendo gained consumer trust thanks to the NES, SNES, N64, etc. it can basicly release anything and no matter how half assed and horrible it is, people will buy it, i mean just look at wii music, it’s a joke! or wii fit, i mean do people really think their getting exercise with wii fit?!

unfortunately, yes, people nowadays are fat and lazy for the most part and think that buy playing wii fit they will lose weight without getting out and doing anything but stepping on and off of a plastic board. and wii music….is probably the most idiotic and pointless thing ive ever seen in my life. it has absolutely no point but to wave your arms around like an idiot its just another gimmick made by nintendo and im quickly losing respect for that company.
