Mine got mangled up too, and lost its stickiness. I tried using it even though it wasn’t sticking very well and it was near impossible to prevent the bottom screen from getting crooked. I just bought some double-sided scotch tape and layered three pieces on top of each other to make it thicker and cut it to the desired length. After placing tape on all four sides, I used an exacto knife to trim off the overhanging tape and it works like a charm. No more crooked screen!
Just 2 points, before you stick the touch screen and lcd screen together, make sure it is clear of dust/debris or you’ll be stuck with it (use compressed air and blow it out). Also, be mindful of the black wire placement. IF your case seems like it won’t shut completely in the corner, it’s probably the black wire. You have to make sure it goes around the battery compartment. Look at the underside of the casing and you’ll see the path it should take.
What if the DS touch screen has a hole in it?
what if the bottom screen is white can u make a video to fix that problem plz
my ds touch screen is sorta scratched but the scratches are like divots.(i used pen w/ no ink and pressed to hard)woops.will this work?
Yes, this fix scratched or “divotted” bottom screens.
My DS is all white on BOTH screen. Do you think that replacing them would work. The game comes on and everything.

i broke my first ds lite there is black almost all black on the bottom screen
anyone got an idea where i have gone wrong.. have put in a new touchscreen and now it wont come on. but when i push the case against the screen it does then goes off when i let of!!

my ds is above line like the upper screen is on the bottom.and the lower screen is in the top
